Generus’s mission is threefold: give back to our communities through non-profit partners, encourage employee engagement, and create meaningful experiences. Our activities are designed with research backed methodology to help employees authentically build connection and positivity for employees and their teams. Each of our projects is customized to fit your employees’ interests and passions. When employees are given the opportunity to work on projects that matter to them, those employees feel valued, and their team grows stronger. And because Generus coordinates your event from beginning to end, you won’t have to worry about scheduling or technology issues. We’re Not Just a Company
Generus prides itself on employee engagement and satisfaction, so it’s little surprise that our own employees are dedicated to volunteering and teamwork. Together, we have over 40 years of experience in Corporate Volunteering, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Additionally, we each support several causes, and we devote our personal and professional time to advocating for our charities. Former agency and in-house public relations. Jamie is devoted to combatting poverty, especially for women and children. She’s also passionate about ending the loneliness epidemic, and it is her hope that Generus can help employees form deeper friendships at work and give back together in more purposeful ways.
Former event production at Lincoln Center in NY. As an avid cyclist, Bryan supports the mission of the World Bicycle Relief to help people conquer the challenge of distance, achieve independence, and thrive through access to bicycles. Since moving to New York City, he has also supported the Coalition for the Homeless in providing for his neighbors in need.
Leslie combines her decades of experience in psychology, education, and creativity to design experiences that are authentic, and promote engagement and wellbeing. Leslie is passionate about children’s health care and does medical missions with Operation Smile & VBF; she is also active in promoting higher education & supporting visual arts.
Working for both large, international organizations, as well as small, local non-profits, Bethany has launched and led initiatives to advance children’s health, education, and well-being in South Africa, India, and the USA. She’s a big believer in the power of volunteering and currently coordinates a vibrant learning garden at her local elementary school, directs the community outreach for her church, and writes books to empower girls and support women’s literacy programs around the globe.
Abdulrahman has experience working with data analysis, machine learning and statistical methods to interpret and analyze datasets to understand problems since 2016. He has a PhD. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He is currently a data scientist at Generus, helping to build artificial intelligence (AI) models and recommender systems for applications such as gaming and collaborative activities using sentiment analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Amy comes to Generus from many years of non-profit administration and fundraising in both her community and its schools. She has also spent time working in both higher education and grants administration. Amy has a personal connection to Multiple Sclerosis, and enjoys volunteering and fundraising for the National MS Society with her extended family through the MS Challenge Walk.
Leanne is a New York based actor, voiceover artist, producer and administrator. In addition to her acting work, she has worked for and within companies such as Broadway Babysitters and Vasthy and Friends to hone her skills in organization, administration, customer service and Production. She uses these skills at Generus to work with clients and customize their experience all the way from scheduling and registration design to event coordination and technical production for a tailored, smooth, fulfilling event experience.
She applies her organizational and planning skills honed through years of experience to help coordinate the logistics of Generus events. Dana is committed to making her community a better place by actively participating in charitable work. She volunteers weekly at the Sudbury food Pantry, and regularly at Dignity Matters. Emily specializes in art, but in many forms. Her theater background and ownership of her own painting business is what originally brought her over to Generus as a host. But her experience in marketing, and event managing is what has lead her to the behind the scenes side of Generus. She has worked for CityEventions for over 10 years in New York City managing large scale activations for brand like Timberland, Mucinex, Marshalls, Coach and many more. Emily is a published writer with Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and is passionate about spreading kindness towards others and yourself through prioritizing mental health. @emilygracetucker
Ronshalee incorporates her previous years of event industry experience with her love for design and content creation to support Generus in increasing brand awareness/engagement via social media.
Through her work with the Dementia Spotlight Foundation, she is also a strong advocate for the LIFE before Loss moment, as well as promoting initiatives that enrich the communities and lives of those living with dementia and their families.
Savanah has a background in design, business, and marketing. She is interested in how businesses communicate their values to their customers, and passionate about expanding the intersect between business and social good. As a graphic designer, she uses this experience to support Generus in communicating their values and helping promote a culture of giving back.
Josh is an award-winning film director and producer. He’s been hired by multi-billion-dollar companies—Kratos, Citrix and others. His latest documentary won best documentary at the prestigious Boston Film Festival where it screened opening night alongside Terrence Malick’s USA premiere of A Hidden Life and Taika Waititi’s Jo Jo Rabbit. His current video projects deal with decreasing political polarization and building mental wellness in families and communities.
Marisa L. Manuel is currently pursuing her PhD in Fiction from Georgia State University. She earned her MFA in writing from the University of Memphis, and she has served as an editor for The Pinch, New South, Five Points, Booth, and various other magazines. She is the founder of Ace Chat, an asexual and aromantic visibility platform, and she has served on the accessibility committee for the International Asexuality Conference. Along with fighting for a-spec visibility, she also supports Black Lives Matter, animal rights, and the disability rights movement.
Former President and CEO of Dell Inc., Kevin Rollins was instrumental in revitalizing staff training, improving customer service, and increasing sales by $14.2 billion. In 2006, he was recognized as CBR’s 9th Most Influential person in the Enterprise IT sector. He is also an advisor on the U.S. Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiation and a member of the Computer Systems Policy Project and the U.S. Business Council.
Former reporter for CBS news, Jane Clayson is an award-winning journalist who covers both international and domestic stories. She was co-host with Bryant Gumbel on The Early Show, and she has served as a correspondent for Good Morning America, World News Tonight, NPR’s On Point, and various other news programs.
Sara Sievers has extensive experience in international advocacy, policy, and governance issues. She previously served in the U.S. Foreign Service and worked as an advisor for the United Nations Sustainable and Millennium Development Goals. She is the founding executive director of Harvard University’s Center for Global Development and the Earth Institute’s Center for Sustainable Development.
Cait Brummer is committed to working with values-driven teams to tackle major challenges through entrepreneurship and investment. While working as Senior Vice President at MassChallenge, Cait supported over 200 startups and 50 corporate and industry leaders annually. Her specialties include ESG, PRIs, non-profit fundraising, and social impact.
